Specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. Lead of the department. Performs face, breast, body, and reconstructive surgery, and is the department’s reconstructive lead. Long-running editorial author on aesthetic medicine and surgery for the Italian medical and lay press — the practice’s clinical philosophy and house voice are anchored in his published work.
Dr. Stefano Di Nonno
Plastic Surgeon
Performs body, face, breast, and dermatological surgery, with a particular clinical focus on hair-loss surgery (FUE and FUT hair transplantation) — the department’s hair-restoration specialist. Also works in aesthetic medicine (botulinum toxin, hyaluronic-acid filler, biostimulators, peels).
Dr. Nicolò Manuini
Plastic Surgeon
Specialised in blepharoplasty (upper, lower, transconjunctival, with canthopexy where indicated) and in aesthetic medicine. A focused practitioner — when an upper or lower blepharoplasty is planned, Dr. Manuini is one of the surgeons routinely assigned to the case.
Dr. Luana Salvagni
Specialist in Maxillofacial Surgery
Performs face surgery and dermatological surgery, with the anatomical literacy maxillofacial training brings to orbital surgery (ptosis correction, ectropion/entropion), nasal surgery (rhinoplasty and rhinoseptoplasty), mid-face and mentoplasty work, and skin and soft-tissue excision. Also works in aesthetic medicine.
Dr. Micaela Cortellessa
Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Face and body aesthetic medicine. Botulinum toxin, hyaluronic-acid filler, biostimulators, peels, and energy-based treatments. Works at the non-surgical end of the spectrum — the right partner for patients whose anatomy and goals are best served by aesthetic medicine rather than surgery, and for patients building a longer-term plan that combines surgical and non-surgical work.

Aesthetic Medicine Specialist
Face and body aesthetic medicine. Same scope as Dr. Cortellessa, with patients allocated by availability and by individual clinical fit. The two practitioners work in close coordination on the department’s aesthetic-medicine pathway.
